WHEAT BAG INSTRUCTIONS
. Filled with Australian grown wheat and lavender
. May be used hot or cold
. Assists in the relief of muscle pain, muscle strain, back pain,

Microwave for 60 seconds – shake put back in microwave if more heat is required
Tip�When heating in microwave it is recommended to put ½ a cup of water in a cup with the bag, this keeps the wheat damp, warm and lasts longer.

Always place a glass or small container of water in the microwave with the wheat bag when heating.
